rainee SG wan to inquire when do you usually hold your badminton sessions? i'm quite interested to join, a bit out of shape le so wan some exercise to keep fit got any session for beginners? Cos I haven't played for a while so might be quite bad at it...

zodi SG err u mean singles or doubles right? we only play doubles.... unless really not enough pple or the others are too tired then the very very occasional game of singles.
